Fuel not getting to my secondary rail? huh?
Alright so fuel is going into my primary rail but it isn't getting to my secondary rail. The line is clear and not blocked, heck my primary injectors are firing when I try and start up the car...

been out of the game for a while but i think i know what it is , if you can drive your car fine until you give it enough gas and it starts to hesitate ( when your secondarys should kick in ) then i would guess its your i think its called secondary injection resistor ??? its located under your air box small box 1" by 4" with a plug try replacing it. hope this helps

Ohh sorry not very specific. I am tryign to start the car for the first time. The car wasn't starting so I poured some fuel down the lower intake manifold the runners where the secondary's are and then cranked the car and the car started. But I went to start the car without doing that and it didn't start. I know the secondaries are supposed to fire on startup. So I went to check the fuel rails and I learned that my secondaries were not firing because there was no fuel going into the secondary rail. It's clear and nothing is blocking it so I have no idea why fuel would not flow to my secondary rail.... I narrowed down the problem to lack of fuel.

secondaries are NOT supposed to fire at startup. they only come online at about 3800rpm.
and your fuel rails flow into eachother, and then back through the fuel return line, so if the primary rail has fuel, and the secondary doesn't, you have a leak, or a blockage or something.

The secondary injectors don't fire during cranking.
The primary rail and secondary rail are connected in series. It's impossible for fuel not to flow through the secondary if it is flowing through the primary. The feed hits the primary rail at the pulsation damper, flows through the rail to the secondary, flows through the secondary, hits the FPR and then goes back to the tank. Sounds like you may have your lines backwards.

what aaron said, primaries fire during crank only, just because you poured fuel down the secondary runners doesn't point to any particular problem except you aren't getting fuel during cranking.
like aaron said, swap the lines, check your voltage at the fuel pump and then check fuel pressure if everything checks out ok. other things to look for are:
pushed out pins in the injector clips, the locks tend to break over time and the pins lose connection with the injectors when you reconnect them
faulty AFM or AFM not plugged in
check the injector resistor to see if there is one in place for your model, if it's a swapped motor then sometimes this is forgotten about.
