Fuel Cut ECU reprogram

im looking for a place that can reprogram my ecu to eliminate the fuel cut from overboosting. Id rather not go with an FCD bc i dont like "tricking" my ecu. I found a place that did it for like $70 and offered a pretty good warrenty, but i cant find it anymore. i thought i saved it in favorites, but its not there. does anyone know of a place that will do it for around this price (im a poor college student, and i need the cheaper ****)
thanks

They are one of the sponsor ad people.

Click through a few pages until you see the Rtek ad up top.

thanks.. that was the exact site that i found before, but lost and couldnt find it again. Now i have another question. If i do this rtek7 upgrade, what else do i need to do to increase boost safely? Right now i have an intake and exhaust, and my boost is creaping up around 10-11psi which i know isnt good. how do i fix this/ make it not so dangerous?
thanks again
