i'm not planing going 11- sec or anything, not hoping for more than 250hp, since i got another project now, i just want my rx-7 to run it realiable. About to port my wastegate also. and would this AFC be good enough?

Its a 1st gen S-AFC. Ya it should be fine for your application.
