Hi all,
Working on getting my Turbo II together still and I recently went to mount the side markers to the fenders. The assembly itself fits on the fender fine, but I have a huge gap between the lens and the assembly (see pic)

Is the issue the lenses that I have? They were purchased new by the previous owner. I have the old broken ones too but they seem to have the same gap if I use them too. Every picture I look up online doesn't explain how this is supposed to work. Is there a gasket I am missing?

That doesn't look right to me. If you look at the photos this Ebay ad (https://www.ebay.com/i/254255197534?...yABEgLey_D_BwE), than you can see that there is no gap between the lens and the base.
