ok so ive searched all over the forum and couldnt find any tips so hears my problem

i just replace my lower joint and hall it all back together but i cant get the ball joint stud to come all the way through the knuckle so i can put the pinch bolt through and idk what else to try

 

do you have the bolt completely out of the knuckle? you are trying to get it back in right? try and pry the slot in the knuckle apart a little bit...it should go in fairly easy...nothing a rubber mallet cant handle.
