Front end shimmy

I have an 87 TII and i am trying to track down a front end shimmy that i have. It doesnt begin to shake until about 74ish and continues there after. I had the tires rebalanced, had an alignment done, and traded the wheels out for a friends b/c i thought it could be a bent rim.. So i am guessing that my next step is one of the following.. A) Wheel bearings B) Tie Rod ends C) Control arm bushings
Sound ok?
Any advise is greatly appreciated

Yeah, replace the lower ball joints while your doing the rest. By the way, when coming to a stop and apply the brakes, does the shimmy increase. Could be the brake disc rotors are warped also.

My guess is wheel bearings. The easiest way to check is to grab the top of your tires, and push in and pull back and feel for a clunk. If there is any free-play at all, then you need to repack(or worst case scenario, replace)your bearings.
