Angry Front Eccentric Seal Leak.. again.

My Front Eccentric Seal was leaking about a month ago. So I removed the front Pulley and bolt. I found that there was a huge gash in the seal. So I replaced it, but I must have done something wrong during install because I noticed it was leaking again. I understood that this seal isn't pressurized there so it shouldn't really leak again... unless I fucked something up. I torqued the pulley bolt to 90 foot pounds and used some gasket maker around the edges of the pull and bolt area. I'm not losing a lot of oil, just a few drops. But it's extremely annoying, especially if any of that oil hits my exhaust. I don't want to blow though front seals every month, and I also don't want to deal with this kind of minor crap.

only way to see what is going on is to inspect everything thoroughly while disassembling it again. the front main seals do not generally leak unless there is a major issue.
