Ok, I know the S4 and S5 have different front plates on the motor. My question is, is there a difference in the oil pan also? Last is there a difference in the NA vs TII cover plates in the models?

All oil pan bolt patterns are the same. TII housings have an additional port for the turbocharger oil return line.
