I had the same problem with the ES bushings, but I was not happy with any of the remedies outlined here. I even searched for another bushing with a smaller outside diameter but never found one. I finally replaced all the front bushings with Delrin and the articulation of the front arms is now effortless.

Definitely not a 'normal' condition with the ES bushings. Sorry to see they still have not solved the problem.

I don't think it's going to be as it should... As the bushing is going into the frame really tight and you're squeezing it even further with the bolt after that...

So i think if we find the right way to shave it to proper size, it should work just fine.
