Front of car pushed in
I had a mazda SUV back up over the front of my car sunday morning while i was sitting in the parking lot. There was $1900 woth of damage and progressive ins. could total the car. what are my options as i just have POP on my 91 n/a. Can I fight it as i only have 3500 mile on rebuilt. Need your opinions as I am not sure what I can do.
Thanks to everyone in Advance

Total it, get the $1900, buy it back for $250, buy a used FC for $800, drop in the new rebuild and profit $850. Sell the second engine, and profit that too.

Wait.. the dude backed over YOU.. right... HIS insurance company is doing the paying RIGHT???? Just want to make sure...
I has some jackass smash into me, and MY insurance went up because, somehow, wire got crossed and MY insurance company ha ME as being at fault.. the good news is that after a year of higher premiums, they sent me a refund check after i pointed out the error.
