Front bumper pieces

Guys,
I've been redoing the front end of my car and straightening out a problem that had been bugging me for years. Previous owner hit a deer and the whole front bumper and drivers fender were bent so that they didn't line up with the hood, headlights or drivers door. I pulled off the front bumper cover after breaking off a few of the rusted studs (more pics on how I fixed that later). In the process of getting everything out of the wheelwells and bumper, I took off these pieces that were next to the brake ducts. I have no idea what they look like complete. Both of these have been rusted off on the bottom side. If you know what they do, let me know if its worth replacing them. I don't know where I would find some that arent in the same condition since they have been underneath the car for 35 years. I will either probably have to source some from a scrap car, or if someone can make a model, I can try to print some press dies and see if that works.

Let me know your thoughts
