does anyone know where to get the IMSA front bumper?????

ive been looking for some time trying to decide what to do about the front of my SA. i had a mariah front bumper cover in my pocession. me and my neighbor co-bought a car and that and the carb are all i wanted. well the day after we bought it, he flipped it and running th front bumper. so once again i was on the search for a front bumper that looks good and is functional. the only other bumper i found that looked good was one thats made in australia and i dont feel like paying the shipping cost. then, the other day i see a forum members car with the IMSA front bumper on it and i decide, thats what i want. now, how the heck do it get one??? i wish it wasnt fiberglass, but i cant be choosey as i cant even find one. maybe someone who has one needs to make a mold??? can anyone help me? thanks.

the mariah bumper is very different from the bumper i showed you. the IMSA bumper has a flush face and sides and the lip is different.

Thats my bumper you posted..... its not made of Fiberglass, its made of urethane, wayy better than fiberglass. Its like a plastic so it bends without cracking or breaking. Sorry tho, im not planning to sell mine. IMO 250-300 isnt a bad price considering its the nicest front end you can buy for a 1st gen, and its made of urethane. You can get similar copies as im sure your aware of for 150-200 but made of fiberglass.

* Remeber, urethane MUST be painted with a flex agent or else it WILL crack the paint.

i was kinda kidding about selling mine. I didn't think anyone would want to buy it for $300. I'm keeping mine, it took me 3 years to find one...

What are these bumpers really worth?

I have been talking with aws140 about getting a rear end from a friend of his, and he like a few other wanted mine. After sending him a PM about maybe finding someone to get a mold for mine and re do it, i talked to my brother about it. he may know someone that would be willing to do it.

I know this is going to light a fire and people are going to say sing me up...but i'm not sure about it yet as i have not talked to the guy myself. Really would like to know what they are worth though. See if it is worth the time invested to make the 3 piece mold set.
