Thumbs up Free TII: Part 2.5 Continued... Interior pics

So yea... interior pics... before and after... good stuff. All the before pics on my site don't show quite how bad it was... but basically the mold in these 2 pictures was covering every part of the interior. But the only thing I replaced in the interior was the carpet. Everything else I just cleaned.

The motor should be back together and running tomorrow. I guess I'm getting pretty close to the end of fixing things... and thus, the commencement of modding is upon us.

Thanks, 185,000 miles on the car. When I finish fixing everything, I'm going to post a list of what I've done and how much it all cost.

Are you sure you want to do that? Sometimes its better not knowing how much you've spent!!! Makes me cry everytime I think about how much I've spent.

Well even though there was a lot to fix, for now I'll just say I haven't spent much

Great job, that car has come a long way from how it was when you got it.

I was wondering about the aftermarket carpet. How's the overall fit and finish?

The fit and finish of the carpet is pretty good. It doesnt come with any foam backing on it so I used some general carpet foam under it, worked great. It fit decently, there was a small part on the passenger side where there was too much carpet once I got everything together and I had to fold it over, but its not too noticable or in the way. The rest went together pretty good, its not molded quite as well as the stock carpet... so some of those sharp angles you have to really force the carpet to mold to it. Overall, putting aftermarket carpet in was a lot of work, but when I was done I was happy with it, especially for spending half as much as an OEM replacement.
