found T2 with front end damage need opinions

I found a T2 with some front end damage and havent been able to go look at it yet. I need some opinions on how much damage could be done and how much it might cost to fix.

Of course not..because he is Trying to sell you the car!
Trust me,That Car needs to be put on a Frame straightener.(My car was "tapped"..600 dollars of Frame straightening.Car drove Straight with the Damage, but the Frame was out an INCH!).
The shocks are gonna be out of whack, especially the Driver's side, and the Lower control arm,Toast.Frame on the Front, bent to ****.The Rad support bent. The Reinforcing bars under the Bumper,Bent.
The Headlight motors, and brackets will need to Be Bent back and the Brake ducts, windshield washer bottle is most likely Crushed(if it was in the Driver's side front corner)..
Shall I go on???
If you are buying for parts Ya,But other wise, tell the Guy he is Full of **** and kick him in the Nuts for trying to Rip you off.

That doesn't look like its unfixable...tough to say without removing the front bumper cover, hood, and passenger fender. I've repaired worse with a porta- power and some precise hammering. You might even be able to salvage the hood. It all depends on how smart you are and your attention to detail. I'd use the appearance to talk down the price...somewhere under $1000. When you get the chance to uncover the damage, the worst thing that could happen is you feel its totaled...list it for parts on here. Best outcome, you got a nice project car for cheap. Keeping the turbo drivetrain and finding a S4 N/A with a bad tranny or engine might be a good option.

um..that **** looks bad, ive worked in a bodyshop all my life and judging by the picture, the front frame looks trashed. most deff not worth more then $400. i would only use that as a parts car. of course no one here can say for sure just by looking at pics..

Yeah. Unless you have access to a frame rack, don't think about using it for any more than a parts car.
