looks like it's some sort of coating for the rotor housings based on the last pic and it supposedly increases power *shrugs*

i don't think so. Looks like some kind of friction reducer that coats the housing OR it is a solvent to clean carbon build up on the rotors and seals to better compression. A 360PS/HP engine will definitely gain power if its carbon build up is cleaned up.

yeah. its been covered in another section before. everyone thinks its bullshit. but no one has yet to buy it try it and post their results so who knows? maybe you should be the guinea pig :-)

It's similar to motorcycle chain lube.

It works well as an assembly lube, especially if the block is going to be stored before installation.
