Fog Lights no worky

Before ne one flames me I did a search. I've checked my fuses, no signs of a casualty. Checked the switch, seems to be getting current. Tried turning the lights on/off while the headlights were on/off/up/down, parking brake on/off, etc. I took the lights out and the bulb didnt look blown, however i wanted brighter bulbs anyways so i bought some H3's and modified them as per Scott 89t2's "How-To". Can anyone give me some ideas on what is wrong and how to fix it?

Thanks,
Chris

test to make sure you have current going into the sockets for the lights.

durr, i forgot to check if there was current going to the lights. Well i checked and the reading was 0. soo it seems as though its the switch or wiring.

Not that anyone is concerned but I just replaced the switch and Boom voila! I have foglights. Maybe this can help someone who has the same problem.

Really dumb question, did you try hi beam/low beam?

They only work if the high beams are off...
