wow man nice job! I don't know if 9" would be enough for me but for a stock or a close to stock turbo that would be fine, also I like to see people that have done custome ic kits while keeping the p.s. thats awesome! good job!

Great job, and looks good. Shouldn't you have mounted the BOV as close to the TB as possible???

I just got my 24x12x3 in the mail a week ago. Overall length is 32" and it was only 85.99 + s&h. The piping kit was 89.99, and I opted for silicone couplers with t-bolt clamps that ran me 29.99 for 4 couplings and 8 clamps (2 sets). I have an HKS TB inlet with additional injector bungs on it.

i highly recommended buy good silicone couplers , don't use the one that comes with the pipe kit , i didn't wanna buy the cheapest intercooler , mine is x02 racing ,looks very nice and so far works great...
and installation time was around 4 hours...is not hard at all to do this.

I bought my pipe kit from ebay and the seller is cool. Don't pay full price. Usuallyasking 99.99, and I threw him a best offer of 89.99 and they took it. Here is the link to their ebay store:

http://stores.ebay.com/AutoGrimmig-C...ts-Accessories

They were easy to deal with and super fast shipping.

Don't use the couplings they supply you with, you shoud look into getting them from this guy:

Another great ebayer.

are you having problems with the couplers blowing off? I have a similar setup, ebay 9x20 core, 2.5" piping, and it blows couplers on the turbo side. Im getting the piping flared next week, hopefully that will fix the problems im having

have beads welded for the couplers or you can do it the cheap mans way (not reccomended) and use JB weld!! having them flared works to i guess

yep..couplers are blowing off, thats why i replaced the silicone couplers that come with the piping kit . Also getting t-bolt clamps will hold much better.

Did you cut the piping yourself? And did you have to cut or relocate anything in the car to fit those pipes through? I'd love to see some more pictures of this project.

That completely rocks man!

Exhaust pipe cutter borrowed free from Advance. You know, that thing that looks like a chain with little wheels on it and a handle?

Once I measured my pipe to determine where I wanted my cut, I drew a couple of lines on it with a sharpie. Then put a couple of layers of black electrical tape all the way around the pipe on those lines. The 2 wraps of tape act like a "guide" for the little wheels -- just snug the wheels right up against the tape, put a little pressure on the handle and rotate the cutter. After about 4 or 5 rotations you have a very nice clean & even cut. Take the tape off and you're set.

EDIT: One of these
