Flywheel question
Ok, yay! Finally got the nut off with a floor jack and a really long breaker bar.
Now my question is, when I put the nut back on with the new flywheel (yay racingbeat!) is there anything I should put on it? And how much do I need to torque it on there? I have read in a few areas that just driving it will torque it on there more. And info would be great. Thanks!
O, and what kind of redline transmission fluid is the best? It is a 5sp 88 GXL. Little bit of grinding going into third, just hoping to smooth everything out a little. THANKS!

If I remember right, it's torqued on like 230 ft/lbs. I think that is what they said in the Atkins Rotary rebuild video. I don't know if I would want to put any locktite on there.
