haha, i wanna see how it went in, i got the cheap one off ebay, it had really crappy directions, just a drawing of where its suposed to go in the car, pretty much an obvious thing but the bar also seemed kinda long, i didnt really take that much time to work on it cause i was busy while i was home tho, however my cusco front and rear strut bars fit perfectly!

ohh, also where did you put it, cause in the back it like curves up to the htches kinda, the ebay said it just bolts onto the seatbelt bolts, but i dont have any down there cause i have the automatic seatbelts, i was thinking i might need to cut it down a little bit and put it under my boxes, pluss did you notice any preformance change?

kinda figured, good thing i only spent like 50 bucks on it, however the cusco type os front strut brace and cusco type os-t rear strut brace did give a nice little preformance change for me, especially the nice new kei office coilovers i got myself for christmas, lol.

Thats more of a subjective opinion. You can build one for $15

HA!
I promise you there are no side loads transmitted to the top of the shock tower under any conditions except a side impact collision.
FC:
front: strut
rear: multi-link

There's a big difference between what I made and a floor bar. Look at Corksport's site for a picture of a FEED floor bar. It goes along the floor behind the seats with arms sticking out on either side, sota like an anti-roll bar for the body.

As for the rear shock brace, it's debatable how effective it is. While there's no direct side loading from the shocks, there's still suspension loads being transkitted to the body at those points and it should at very least help stiffen the chassis. If you have the money and want one then do it, if no then don't that's all there is to it. The fact is no-one that I know of has any proof one way or another wheter it actually improves anything.
Think about it, the FD is a shock front suspension, yet they put a front shock tower brace on the R1 and R2 models. They wouldn't have done it if it's not useful.
