Angry Fixed Clutch, Running Rich prob now other probs

Hey,

I just finished fixing my clutch and my hands are greasy right now, haha. The problem is A budy ripped apart my intake manifold and replaced some lines that were bad that were making my car run rich (egr vacuum line, fuel vacuum line), I replaced the clutch. He also changed out my tb for a good one and my ecu (87 motor had a n327 so i put a n326). I started the car up and it started smoking BAD in the shop it was full so i let it run and hope its just from fixing stuff and adjusting, then my mazda warm up system hit 5k and idles at 3k. So I pul it out and the smoke goes away, little little smoke comes out, the motor is in perfect condition and it was before i did this job so i don't think its seals, also i took it out for a spin and the brakes didn't work for crap and I had some serious free play! Can you guys help me find out all these NEW problems, it never ends with a rotary.... Breakdown of probs I think..

3k Idle
Smoke out exhaust not engine
Brakes suck ***
Free play in clutch

I think its somewhat basic but i'm just so tired from a full day of work guys thanks for the help.

Is the clutch bled correctly? How about the brakes? Did he change the brake booster hose with something else? Does it feel like no power brakes? Checked for vac leaks?

Brakes are REALLY firm, I know how to adjust the freeplay now. I think its a vacuum line for my brakes... and idle i just use that screw right?
