GA FIX IT! or JUNK IT! help

this is one of those moments.....unfortunately i must fix it or junk it not cool.
so i parked the car when the car started dying out when the clutch was depressed and essientually you would have to keep it alive with gas. thats the thing though it would stay alive i was able to drive it home. since parked i am now not getting voltage at he fuel pump.....air flow meter checked out... any links on the fuel pump relay would help at this point its suspect i checked the wiring harness with no voltage so before that is what exactly? i manually tested the 85 86 coil the fp relay works. so before that is where im looking. suggestions apprieciated

jumper the yellow test connector at the RF strut tower and then recheck it.

Yes it's the manual fuel pump jumper. It will stay on as long as your key is "on" and the jumper is jumped.
