Alright, now, I read the first couple of post, then skimmed through to see that Ice, Kevin, and Arron, already posted, but I didnt want to read them just yet, as those post might influence my response to your problem.

So, without, influence, the first thing that came to my mind, is that it wasn't the PD.

I follow that with a few questions.

1. Did you replace ALL 12 rubber pieces on the 4 injectors. (Should be 4 lower insulators, 4 grommets, and 4 o-rings.)

2. Did you replace the fuel lines while you were down there?

3. Did you put the plastic insulator back underneth the primary rail?

4. If it was possilble, did you inspect the PD to see if the little screw was still there?

he probably damaged the PD during install, its easy to do.

did he tighten the hell out of the little screw so it wont ever fall out? because if he did he probably tore the diaphragm in the PD. Its not the screw falling out that leaks the fuel its the diaphragm, alot of people see the little screw fell out, panic tighten it all to helll and then there PD leaks.

So wait. I said that if it fails it will not leak outside. Am I wrong?
I mean if it fails it may leak internally but it won't spill into the engine bay.

What will it leak out from? There aren't any openings for it to come out of.

If that's wrong then maybe my engine is weird because my S5 primary rail doesn't seem to have a spot which would leak externally.

Yes, the s5 PD/rail can fail and leak externally. IT's the same design as the FD PD, and those leak externally too...mine has done it before. The only difference is that instead of a screw that comes out, there is a rubber plug, and over time the plug gets weak and will eventually break off or just fall out. Fuel can leak past the hardened rubber plug whenever it wants, though. I will say that it is about 1% as likely for an s5 PD to leak as an s4.

I said internally where I meant to say externally. Sorry for the confusion.

I have confidence in the mechanic that did the work ( the owner ) even if it was mechanics error, he's the owner its on him. I dont believe he replaced the hoses and such leading to each injector nor did he replace o-rings to my knowledge (he probaly did, he's a anus about ish like that)

The screw is for the factory adjusted stops on the PD diaphram travel. So, if he cranked it in, again it would be mechanics error and would probably cause the PD to leak within a couple of weeks.

The screw should never be touched. If it fell out, then the PD should be replaced (and on a simular vein, if the rubber nipple falls off the S5 and S6 PDs, then the fuel rail should also be replaced, because they will start leaking within the next month or two).

Pretty common to see newbie mechanics with leaking fuel lines on the intake on a FC.

I've seen that happen because the person put the clamp too far above the bulge on the hard line coming off the fuel rails. The clamp needs to be right above that bulge or else fuel comes off the top.

Keep the posts coming guys, I have my UIM and injectors out right now, and I was contemplating replacing the PD while I was at it. There's been quite a few helpful and insightful posts so far.

Now I'm going to do some banjo bolt research.

I'm a fan of the banjo bolt mod as I have all the parts here and am about to pull the UIM to double check on all my connections I redid after I removed my spider.

Did a bit of poking around and managed to find this discussion on the banjo bolt mod: https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showthread.php?t=395021

Just thought I'd add it for others, the search function has been a bit wacky lately.
