ok well im thinking about increasing my boost...finally...on my TII. i have a Walbro 225LPH pump that i will put in, but i think i need some injectors. what size should i go, and where can i order them. im looking to eventually make around 300WHP.

Its an 87 S4 TII. bone stock except K&N and no precat.

oh and one other thing...If i was to do this i would need a fuel cut controller correct? Is that 100 dollar thing on Racing Beat just a simple resistor? there must be a way to make myself one of those. Anyone have any idea whats inside of it or where i can get one cheaper?

thanks thats exactly what i needed...where can i buy good injectors for not too expensive. and how much boost is the stock IC good for?

 

stock TMIC= 10psi but only for a short amount of time before heat soaking

stock turbo is good to about 13-15 psi.. depending on who ur talking to

 

i heard the stock turbo is above its efficiency after 12 PSI....and how long with my intercooler last at 10 PSI? i have a second one just incase thats off another TII, just in case.

where are the cheapest injectors, and what size should i get?

 

if u have 2 stock TMIC's... u can have them "welded" together.... to make a bigger front mount..

the problem is the stock one gets soaked with heat from the engine bay as well...

so with high boost and high heat.. it gets soaked real quick... (maybe one or 2 1/4miles)

u can use water/alky injection to cool it off or just save up and get a proper Front mount

of course the weather makes a difference too.. winter vs summer, day vs night etc...


injector prices don't change so much... maybe 5-10 bux max...

im running 720's secondary and rtech 1.7 ecu with that u dont need a fcd and it will run the 720 without the need for a safc and tuning
