Tried to start it today, but no fuel getting to the engine. No power to the fuel pump. After some trouble shooting eliminated the fuel pump relay and the clutch switch because the engine does crank. If the clutch switch was bad, the engine wouldn't crank. I've got no power to the fuel pump relay. There is no power on the cutout relay from the ECU. What trigers voltage from the ECU to the cutout relay. the power comes out of 1c red black wire and goes to the cutout relay and there is no power on that wire.
