its a high tack rtv sealant, at least thats what i used on mine

the stuff i had was brown though

edit: nevermind, i didn't read that well! looks like mmo maybe?

What did you use to get the rotor so clean? I'm having a hard time scrubbing all of the carbon off and even after some chemdip.

I personally just used a scrub bush to get my rotors clean with some degreaser and a lot of elbow grease.

Chemdip, then lac thinner and a wire brush. Sand paper and certain pads etc...
