Alright. Every morning when I start my car it takes forever to start(10-15 turn overs). When it gets started it sounds like the Idle is searching for somewhere to stay... it'll rev up to like 1500, then back down to 1000.. and then back up again it does it repeatedly... but once the motor is up to operating temp it runs like new. WHat could be the problem?

Also a side note: The previous owner said that he installed some sort of oil valve that drains the oil from the motor back into the pan when the car is not running. Could this have anything to do with the problem?
