Fender and Hood exit turbo exhaust systems. Lets see'm!

Trying to decide how to route my turbo piping. I know I want a short exit system. Can't decide if straight up through the hood or a side exit would be best. I'd like to see some examples.

Thanks!

Id say you go through the fender because you want the exhaust to be as straight as possible.

And that way you could re-plumb your wastegate into it as well if you wanted.

I would say fender exit would be the best choice & I assuming that this is not a street vehicle!
Any pics of the GN swap FC?

what size inner cooler piping are you using?
What type of clearance issue did you have with the hood for the piping?

2.5" bumped up to 3" at the IC. I custom made my own motor mounts that lowered the engine enough to clear the stock hood. I've got less than half an inch right at the vacuum block on top of that TB. That is the highest point.

My original mounts and piping did not clear so I ran a 6" cowl hood.
