It looks like some fender covers that you're going to mold in?

I think I can handle the truth because it looks better than the original plan I had to make them so it cant get much worse than that lol.

jajajaja.. these flares are for a different car i made them in a flexible material so the flex and fit the contour exactly but they are not a straight fit.
in going to install them and paint the car i can always pull mold from them installed on the car to reproduce them.

You can get similar flares from Corksport and Shine.

Nice work Paulo

I think it would look a ton better if it stopped even with the top of the trim. Sort of like a rolled fender. The way it is now it covers some of the trim and just stops in the middle of no where. Just my $.02

What size tires and wheels are you running on that car? How far does that stick out?
Do the tires hit? Did you have to cut the fenders at all?

I've been waiting for someone to pipe up about this. I WANT THESE. But I also want them to look like these. Rivet on, Flexible. These are for a 240 of course, but I want them to be affordable as well.

If you made these, I would buy them for sure. Otherwise its like everyone else, buy some random ones and make them fit.

I would definitely not want to mold them on. Rivets are just fine for me.

Molding should only be done on trailer queens so they can look purdy.

I love the Owen quote!!

I vote he CUTS it at the top of the trim.
But he knows what he likes and how he wants it.

Make it taper to the top of the trim or have a small cutout that goes over it.

it might not look bad if the car is going to be painted black.

I don't like it...I think the roundness of it conflicts with the angular lines of the car.

It might look good on an FD.

i already cut one just at the trim and it looks very good.
they add about 1-1.5 in to the fender line im not going to cut the car
i think FC's have a lot of room for big tire/wheel combo.
they attach from the wheel weel with some screws when i make them available they will come with rubber molding for a clean look, there is no need for the bolt-on to body version.
ill paint them the color of the body.
here is what they were originally for...
