FD Injectors into '90 TurboII?

Anyone know if the 550cc primary, with 850cc secondary injectors (and their corresponding fuel rail) will work in the '90 TurboII? I'd imagine they would cause it's supposedly the same block isn't it?

And if so, how much would I expect to pay new/used?

If bought, the ECU would need to be reworked due to the larger output of the injectors, correct? Fuel pump and all would need to be upgraded too?

Nope, won't work. 3rd gen injectors are side feed where as 2nd gen and 1st gen injectors are top feed. I think Rx7.com has some decently priced 720s.
