I once drove in a EVO V with the same BOV, 12psi, and it was definetly louder, but nothing crazy. Maybe upgrading the turbo and raising the boost will produce a louder sound...
But it's cool, this way ppl thin it's a n/a and will race you more easily...

Hmm...doesn't your intake on the hood kind of give it away?

my HKS SSQ BOV is ok sounding... its not loud, but you can hear it. I'm running like .41 bar and the boost gauge is T'ed on the line. Mods down below. only time it Blew off from reving it, was when i first got it. reved up to 6grand and it was loud as hell. but the hood was open.
