Check your TPS to see if it has a full connection.

Also, we need to know what series it is and if its turbo or not.

TPS = Throttle Position Sensor, you will find it in front of your throttle body. (connection could have loosened) or the sensor is bad.

And i think its just flooded too.

cylinders? uh-oh....

You check your compression with a gauge. Bad compression will cause all kinds of problems, including a really hard time starting, even if it's really close to starting.

Have you tried bumpstarting?

Check the basics (which oddly, no one has suggested).

Are you getting spark?

CAS in the correct place?

Are you getting fuel into the engine?

If those three things are correct, then it will start. If it's a fresh rebuild, it may require a push start.

A push start dosnt take much, just enough to where you can let the clutch out in first gear and have enough room for it to have time to fire off.

1st, 2nd, whatever. I usually use 1st. Generally I have it pushed up to about 20, then slip the clutch.

PA ok

ok now i found out another thing when i crank the car only one or two times then leave it sit for about 20 mins and then try to start it again it starts right up and runs with no problem and one of my friends that does rotarys told me to do a vaccum test off a intake manifold port and i did he said my vac should be like 16-18 psi and when i did it the car has about 33psi ?? does that mean anything??

Vacuum is not measured in PSI generally. It's measured in KpA or inches of mercury. 33" is also almost impossible for a rotary to generate at idle. You might approach that number during a high RPM decel.

A vacuum leak is a valid guess though.

I am having these ezact same problems, the car has been working fine other than the occasional hot start-flood, but then suddenly one morning the car doesn't start, but once the temperature gets warmer, the car fires up like nothing happened, but then the next morning, no start.

I will keep you updated on my progress with this problem.

*edit
I forgot to add that jumpstarting always works, and sometimes cranking the **** out of it with my egi fuse d/c works.
