FC vert vs. FC hardtop

just bought a 1990 FC Vert, just wondering if there are any differences between the vert and hard top dimensions? I’m looking into body kits, bash bars, etc. and don’t want to waste my money on anything that won’t fit my car. It’s only a concern of mine because of what I’m used to dealing with. Ae86’s and te72’s....etc. you run into this issue a lot with those cars when it comes to kouki/zenki, hatchback/liftback, etc. very minor, minuscule differences that require really specific parts for each model. New to this Mazda stuff.

Ah. Yeah. It’s already got an s...3? One on it. If remember correctly. It looks nice I think I’ll leave that there regardless

Here’s a better one. Was told it’s from a different gen model. I dunno. Looks stock to me. Either way, looks alright

Yeah thats not standard on the vert, my vert didn't come with that on. If you like it keep it on though doesn't look awful.

Indeed, and is quite desirable amongst all FC models.
Especially one in such nice condition.

Good to know! I was under the impression that the very lightweight, stock hood on this car was the only desirable part.

Welcome to the RX-7 Club. I hope you enjoy your FC as much as the majority of us do. There are from what I've gathered, 7 "series" of the RX-7.
3 in the first generation body style (SA, FB chassis,)
2 in the second generation body style (FC)
2 in the third generation body style (FD)
(There are also 2 series of the RX-8, which is the FE chassis.)

You have an S5 cabriolet, with an S4 coupe sport aero spoiler. There are distinct differences between each series, and between the coupe and cabriolet. Check out the FAQ/stickies to learn more.
