Sounds like you're in luck. There's a few for sale on www.ebaymotors.com and you can almost definately find one with about 100k miles for under 3.5k. I'd look for an 89-91, but the 87-88's aren't too much different. About the tranny, all of the factory TII's came with standards, so once again, you're in luck. Good luck with the search, and if mine keeps being so tempermental, there might be an 87 TII for sale. (actually I'll probably just keep it till I can do an engine swap)
