quick question will the s5 turbo motor fit into a 86 gxl and will the na trans. bolt onto the turbomotor

Trust the people who have done swaps. Its sucks and can take a long time to get right. do yourself a favor and take the 4k you want to spend on a swap and buy a running t2. Its not hard to find them. You can use your love for working on cars to repair the car weekly.

yes it does....but since ythe BODY ELECTRICAL HARNESS will not match up you'll use the S5 ECU and the S4 harness.....you just have to do a little wiring and you'll be fine. AGAIN, I don't recommend using the NA drivetrain....MUCH weaker than the TII drivetrain IMO.

yeah.........I had no choice......I crashed MY TII and had all these parts......I could not afford another $5K TII so I did my swap.
