I am wondering if it's Normal for an FC to be flooded most of the time because I have a 1989 Rx 7 13b and it flood to much yesterday I changed the spark plugs and oil it started the car but now today I tried to turn it on and it would not start could it be that it's commprsion is to low I really don't kow much about FC's but if you kind sirs can help me that would be great
Old / dirty injectors need to be rebuilt, cleaned, & blueprinted. Otherwise they will continue to bleed-off pressure from the fuel line into the engine once the car is shut off.
When you check or replace the pulsation dampener screw every 60-100K miles, you might consider having this done as well. Several websites offer rebuild & blueprinting services.
Note as mentioned above Series V (89-91) RX-7s have a manual fuel cut option to help in starting. Press the pedal to the floor when cranking to engage it, and then release to start the car.
