well my question here is will the third gen 13B TT fit into the engine bay of my FC. I'm pretty sure it will but will it lock in there with my tranny? or should i get the tranny to go with it?, and will the tranny fit on there?

The 3rd gen RX7's engine WILL fit, but it is THE hardest engine to fit.
The Cosmo 13B-RE engine fits a LOT easier, the mounts go in perfectly..
Anyways, if you look up in the right hand corner of this screen, use the "Search" button...its covered a LOT.
