it always depends on what u wanna do with the car, and what way you're gonna take to mod it, if u gonna mod it.
i say, if u have enought money, buy an FD, they look so sweet.
i bought my s5 Fc for 1000$ CND.
if i had enought money to buy an FD, i'd buy one but i'd buy an FC too.

If you have the money go with a FD. They are so scrumcious. Probably one of the most beatiful cars ever built in my opinion. FC will be a cheaper all around great car and despite what people might say they can be just as fast if not faster than an FD. remember its still a 13B, what you do to it is what makes it fast.

Yeah, true about that speed part.......Rafael Rivera's FC ran a 7.66 at 176......damn fast. Hmm......never drove or ridden in an FD, but damn they look good. However the FC has a nice legacy. If I had money I'd go find me a Infini III from Japan, just cause I think pulling up with right-hand drive would be tight, and since I'm a lefty I would have an advantage on the shifting and clutch pedal work(j/k)

Try the search feature, it will yield a ton of information on how to mod the car. Chances are, whatever question you may have, have been asked before. If then you don't find what you're looking, then post a new thread concerning your questions.

FC can be modded on a limitied budget. FD is modded with very expensive parts. Just the difference in the price of a ACT SS clutch is 200 more dollars for a FD. So you might want to check some prices of the mods you want to do before you buy either car.

i say buy an fc then when you get comfortable with how it works how to mod it properly, etc.. then buy an fd. thats what i plan on doing. anyway. oh and if you want a huge power gain you can put a 3 rotor in an fc for a resonable price.

300 to the wheels in a TII is a very reasonable goal. I'd go with probably a T04E, with a fairly small A/R. Get a fmic, standalone ecu, all the proper fuel mods and full exhaust. You should be able to get 300rwhp with a pretty low boost level(12-14lbs maybe).
