You're going to have to either adapt one from another car or make one yourself. Many of the ricer shops sell metal ones for Hondas and stuff, as well as ones for aftermarket bumpers - I'm sure you could find one that would fit, even if it needed a bit of massaging.
Or you could have hung your exhaust properly - but hindsight is 20/20 I guess...

It is hung properly. I've hung it on two seperate FC's, s4/s5 and s4 just managed to touch the bumper, however that car was dark blue, this one is white and it's much more noticable. If you've ever hung an N1, which, apparently you have not, you'd know how close to the bumper it sits.

I have hung an N1 - and yes they do sit close to the bumper - and yes they are a bigger diameter than the stock cut-out.
I was joking. That's what the "
" at the end of the sentence was for.
I would make a CF one but I would insist that you riveted it on. Actually I think the heat would eat right through the clear coat quick and then your show quaility piece would look like pep boys craftsmanship.

I think if the peice was made with a few small posts on the back, you could drill holes to accept them, and then secure them on the rear of the bumper cover. That make the most sense. Clean, no holes, no rivets.
