Fb body s5 engine

I'm putting an s5 engine into my 1984 gslse. Before I bought the s5 engine I purchased some performance parts such as oil pan baffle, 48 ida and intake. My s3 engine threw an apex seal....Will these s3 parts work on the s5 13b n/a? I'm thinking they will, just wanted to make sure.

The s3 gslse baffle dosen't have these extra cut-outs as the s5, will that matter. 2 on the side and the one going towards the middle. The gslse s3 baffle would cover these up.

So the baffle blocking those holes wont hurt anything? Do you know what those holes are for? Just curious, thanks.
