Exclamation Faulty Gauges .. maybe cold solder joints?

Hi.. I'm 17.. and have had my '86 fc for a few weeks now.. and the dash gauges are non-functional except for the speedometer. The other gauges used to work .. but after a while, they didn't display anything. The only operatioinal one is the speedometer gauge. i was wondering what the problem was. Thanks

I also wanted to know if the HKS Hi-Power Dual n/a exhaust was good for the '86 fc ?

thanks again
