End float being out of whack will not effect side pressure on the damn rotors... Please remove head from *** at this time. thank you.

The rotors are slid over the e-shaft in installation. There is nothing on the e-shaft which will pull the rotor into the housing. The e-shaft will, however, collide with the rear stationary gear if the end play is excessive. I'm fresh out of "not installed" engines so I can't pull a front pulley and measure how far back the e-shaft needs to travel to collide. It's also possible that the e-shaft would hit the intermediate housing. Forward motion as stated before would not cause any harm as it would be pressing against the internal thrust bearings at that point.

Man you are one lucky bastard you have both a 2nd and 3rd gen rx7's... I could kill you.
Anyways like most ppl say get that **** fixed up, no need selling it too much work, time, effort put into it not to mention its a sweet *** car
