honestly, id rather have the T2. Ive worked on quite a few BMWs...

if you really want to make your buddy with the E46 mad, give him this link:

i really wish the mfailure.com site wasnt shut down, it had all these great stories and videos of brand new M3's blowing up engines left and right by people just driving them normally.

M3's are great cars, but why do they have to be compared to an FC, different cars period. You could throw money into almost any car and make it fast, especially 50,000.

And as far as no way that an 18-19 year old can't afford that on their own...not true.

I have one friend, 19, has a 2003 vette z06 and an H2, another friend 20 with an audi tt and an s4 and a supra, and another friend 20 with an M3.

NONE of these kids got the money from their parents, and NONE of them are drug dealers...it IS possible....

These people are actually more aquaintances than friends nowadays but just my .02c

Dan

PS yes they still drive like they are 18 and probably will have all those cars wrecked in a year, totally agree there.

Thanks to him drafting you. He was cutting the air for you in his fat BMW, with you cowering in the spoils. When trying power, separate the cars by one car width to avoid draft advantages. If I nose near your rear fender, I'll leach your speed, especially on a wide turn coming from the outside. But I figure you lacked the torque to get side by side and brave the air pressure.
