F & R rotor and housing
F & R rotor and housing
How do you distinguish which one is front and rear rotor and housing. Any special markings? does it matter? it's confusing. Please help. Thanks!
you need a special set of glasses that mazda sells to see the stamps.
the port air holes are reversed in the exhaust passages between F and R, everything else is identical.

So, are you trying to say that "rotors" are interchangeable? My other concern is I just noticed the housing I bought are stamped "F" does it mean I'm f....ed up? what effects or consequences am I facing if both housing I am using are for front?

Never listen to anybody that says they are the same and interchangable.....ever. They don't know what they're talking about.
I was wondering about the rotors... I thought the wear characteristics dictated that you'd want to keep front and rear rotors in the same place they were in. If they're brand new then you could interchange the rotors, right? Few people have that luxury though.
The above comes across as mean spirited and it shouldn't be taken that way. I should have added......................as long as they add the cavet about the air passages being different
