I'm just wondering for legality sake here but on the frisk, did he use the palm of his hand or the back in your private areas? If he used palm you can sue because they are supposed to use the back of the hand in the private areas. Its a law that the ladies got passed like the read 'em their rights stuff. You could call sexual abuse and all that goos jazz if that how he did it.
Just lookin out for the little people ya know.

Please don't call cops/police "pigs". My father is a police officer, and while there are many negative things I can say about him, the one positive thing I can say is that he does a damn good job.
I have found that 99% of the time when people complain about the police, it means they did something stupid and got caught. They never tell the whole story. It's like complaining that the teacher is a bitch/******* because you got an F.

I guess I'm the 1% thats left Aaron. A couple weeks ago I pull out at a stop light taking my little sister to her daycare in my dads TRUCK. and after awhile I notice there was a cop racing up behind me like a bad outs hell and slows down and follows me. I was doing 5 over the speed limit by the way. He followed me for about 10 miles and I turn off the highway onto this raod called 1826. I used my turn signal and everything. Right after I turn sirens blare and my sister gets all scared and bent outa shape. Shes 6. The officer walks up to my window asks for license and insurence and while I'm giving it to him he outa the blue asks me if I like endangering the life of my sister. I was like wa? come again? And he says, I saw for spin your tires and swing the back end out around that corner back there. I was like are you F!@#ing nuts? He said so you don't even know when your in a slide do you boy and I was like, of course I do but where the hell did you see me do this at? He goes back at that corner. I said at 290 and 1826? he goes no back there a ways when I was watching you. I said where? He wouldn't say what the name of the street was so I explained to him what it felt like to drift in the truck and told him I never do **** like that on a road. He looked at me all stupid like, checked the dates on all the paper work I gave him, checked my registration and inspection on the window, grumbled to himself, and told me that if he ever caught me doing that stuff again he was going to take my license and cut it up. I just about had it then and told him yeah ******* if you catch me, he called me a dick head and walked back to his car so I gave him a nice little burnout and flew to barely get my sister to daycare before they left for their field trip. I see that ******* everyday, so I wave at him no and smile like a **** head.
Thats the only time I've been pulled over and only my second encounter with a dumb cop.

last week i got a $375 ticket i was going likr 120 ina 55 the cop was cool about (i guess you could call it cool) because he could have taken my license but insted gave me a ticket for 85 in a 55.. A little word from the wise.. Don't speed in RI them damn RI state troopers are everywhere you look...

See gold deserved a ticket.. I have gotten plenty tickets i deserve.. And i have recieved about 5 that i have not..
I have fought 2 of them.. 1 I won and my parents and i are both discusted with the local PD in Yuma, AZ.. that was about 7 years ago..
The other one i fought was here in bloomington, IL.. Now the cop actually did nothing wrong.. he gave me a ticket to show falt in an accident. But the problem was i didn't actually break the law he sighted me for. I took it to court and fought it. the cop told the judge he didn't see me do it and was not there durring the accident. And that he couldn't rember where my vehical even was. (The ticket was for running a stop sigh) but the accident didn't happen in the intersection. It happened before it.
Well, the judge told me that he believed i did do it and up held the ruling.. even though the lady i hit, my wife, & the cop said i didn't..
That is why i have no respect for the law in this country.. and that is just one of many stories.. Obviously it also depends on where you are in the country too..

dude, that ticket assassin website is dope... i just read the how to not get a ticket thing, and i was like, i can do that? i think that's a good guide for everyone, and everyone should also get a little recording device for your car... maybe one of those cheap digital ones that record like 5 min or something. also, looking at that website, that craig peyer thing is really messed up. I feel for the guy, i mean geez that's beyond taking advantage of power. also, i would like to say that i've been pulled over twice for expired tags, got a ticket the first time. the cops weren't tailing me or anything, and i was courteous to the cops and they were courteous to me. I mean, they were right, there's nothing i can say about it, best to not whine and get them in a bad mood. just my .02

So you think it is fair that a judge up held a ticket with the officer stating he didn't see it and didn't remember where my vehical was?
Lay off the crack.. or maybe you like it up the ***..

I consider myself fair when it comes to the law. I have gotten tickets for speeding, running a stop sign, yada yada yada. There’s only one time, recently, that I felt I was done wrong. I turned into the right hand lane to make a right hand turn (it was kind of a last minute decision to go right so it was iffy as to wether it was legal or not). The lights go on and I pull over. Two cops get out, one was obvious a senior officer and the other a rookie. I was courtious (always am when I get pulled over) and he gave me a ticket. I felt like I was being made an example of. Oh well, chalk another one up.
I’m an aggressive driver and tend to drive fast. I know I deserve a LOT more tickets than what I get. I have respect for law enforcement, as it works in most cases. There are times when the rule gets broken by cops, people are people, with a badge or without. I know, when I get the itch, I gun it! I break the rule on purpose for my own satisfaction, but I know the consequences.
Just throwin’ my couple pennies out there...

Barwick I don't know how things work out there in Ohio with farms and cows, but the link you posted for that book was funny. I graduated in the top 10% of my class at a very well know private high school in Manhattan. Since then I have been offered and accepted an internship from JP Morgan. I have a $50k salary right now on top of having all off my college expenses paid for including my up coming MBA. And yes, soon as I graduate I do have a high 6 figure job (soon after to be 7 figures) in the bag. I have worked VERY hard and gave up many things to be at where I am now. So you see Barwick, that is why I don't need some pigs who most likely dropped out of high school and went to some joke of a pig academy for 6 months telling me they can do "WHATEVER THEY WANT." Especially when they are searching my car 2 blocks after I left my house never going over 15 MPH or breaking any laws, with no warrant or probable cause. I am always very polite when I get pulled over. The pigs always have the attitude. It's very said watching the greatest country in the world going straight down the drain. No one has any rights anymore.

What is a "random routine stop" anyway? How can something that is routine be random, and vice versa. It's code for saying they felt like you'd be and easy ticket. I don't feel sorry for pigs if they think they have bad jobs. If they don't like it, then do something else. Cops make it hard for the non-criminals to feel secure and safe when they're around. It's their fault your heartbeat raises when one is behind you, even if you're as clean as can be.
Don't get me wrong. I don't dislike cops, I just feel better when they're not around.

...if they are soooo unhappy with their jobs, uhmm... WHY DON'T THEY QUIT??
...rather than taking it out on us??
And sure, everyone has bad days at work, but if they have such a hard time dealing with people (******** ) like us, maybe they are in the wrong friggen line of work?

I have a friend who did this for a $400 speeding ticket. The cop didn't show up, and the guy thought he was off scot-free. The judge asked him what his case was, and when he couldn't present one, said to him:
"I am sick of everyone coming in here trying to get out of speeding tickets just b/c the police don;t have time to deal with a whining spoiled brat."...
And promptly doubled his fine.
This happened in the Abbotsford court, on South Fraser Way.
This is happening a lot more frequently now. Next dispute may cost you big time.
And talk about nothing more than a complete abuse of the legal system. Loopholes such as this exist, but shouldn't be abused. If you can't afford the ticket, don't speed. ITS THAT SIMPLE! You'd complain if someone bum-raped you, but got off on a legal technicality.
Your abuse of the system is the reason it doesn't work.

You undoubtedly are a smart guy (or gal, I can't see you online). You have a lot of information floating around in that head of yours. And you know that how you present your ideas and yourself to other people will get you farther than just what you know. You probably already know this too.. that if in ANYTHING you do, you present yourself even remotely the way you presented yourself here, then you won't make it past the mail room. Have you ever read a book by Dale Carnegie? Might want to try that sometime.
A few things to note also. If you have a 6 figure job that entails you working at 99.99999% of the companies in the United States, you WILL most definitely be working in excess of 40 hours a week, more probably close to 80 hours or more. If that's the lifestyle you like, and your family is ok with that (99% of women out there will be ok with it for a while, then would rather live in a cardboard box as long as they got to spend more time with you, and you with the kids). If that's the lifestyle you want, then good for you, some people love that. However, me, and most Americans would rather use our time on things other than work. Some would rather work than spend it with family, that's just the way they are, and that's fine with me really. Just know that that is what you are in for. Don't go into it expecting to be working less than 80 hours a week, it'll be 40 hours/week for a while, then you'll get promoted, get some more money, have to work some more time, promotion, more money, more time. Trust me, I'm probably older than you and I've seen some of it myself, and what I haven't seen, I've talked to many people who all said the same thing. This is one thing you can count on in the corporate world: The reward for good work in a corporation is more work.
Learn that now, and remember it.
Oh yeah, might I ask what you found funny about Robert Kiyosaki's book? Robert Kiyosaki, who went from a failed business and homeless with him & his wife (if you're a real business owner, you know it happens), and struggling through it, to a self-made multi-millionaire. Robert Kiyosaki, the 2nd richest man in Hawaii (I understand there's some big money in Hawaii). Robert Kiyosaki, who had 3 of his books at #1, #2, #3 on the best sellers list for financial books.
Honestly, what did you find funny about his book? The fact that it puts us on the 95% of the quadrant, where people only earn 5% of the wealth in this nation? While people like Michael Dell, Ray Kroc, and Sam Walton make all the money? Does that depress you? Knowing that you very well may be making 7 figures in your job at JP Morgan, but you STILL have to show up to work every morning in order to earn that paycheck.
Man, I've put some time and hard work into my business, and I'm telling you right now.. By December 2003, me and my wife will no longer be working for anyone. Our paychecks will continue to come in whether we work on our business or not for that month (we will continue to grow it by the way..), and when we continue to grow our business, it will eventually reach a point that we will be bringing in six figures a month. At that point (well before it actually) we will begin serious investing in the stock market, and investing in other Businesses that have a rock solid system such as ours.
Our business is at a point right now, that we could stop working on it and continue to receive paychecks from our business. Unfortuntely right now, it's not bringing in the couple thousand a month we'll need to pay off our bills. But well before December 2003 it will be to that point. And then we can step away for a month, go on vacation, whatever.. and it won't matter a BIT.. we'll come back and our business is still kicking still along, as good as it ever was. Because our system (not us) runs our business. And you'll still be laughing at me and Robert Kiyosaki on New Year's Eve 2003, but you know what? You have to go back to work soon. You have to go back to earn that (albiet large) paycheck.
Is that what you found funny about Kiyosaki's book? I just wanted to clarify.
Oh yeah, and Cleveland doesn't have too many cows in it.

I also follow Kiyosaki's book closely. You could consider me Kiyosaki's bitch, similar to the way Dont be a rikki is to PFS. I have read rich dad poor dad, rich kid smart kid, and cashflow quadrant. Something in his books clicked. It was why I realized 99% of the USA's net value is under $500k and then most of the 1% is way above that. It is hard to understand unless you read the books. I am in Cleveland, maybe we can talk about it some time. I remember asking you about a business you had and was interested and you kinda blew me off because I am 16. Please contact me
As for TKE: I have been to NYC many times, and I would have to say there are more cows in the state of NY than the state of ohio. I dont get your childish stereotypes. Did daddy raise you to think that working a hard job is how to get rich? I can assure you its not. Its who you know and being financially smart.

Kiyosaki's book is the lazy mans guide. That is what I found funny about it. He leads people into thinking that working hard will not get them anywhere, to throw out their dreams and just settle for mediocrity. From your posts it sounds like you are a bit older then me, and have different goals. You have a family and your goals and dreams are focused around them, and it sounds like you are on the right track to achieving them. I on the other hand am 20 years old. God blessed me with some intelligence, and my father worked very hard at a blue collar job to send me to some of the best schools in NYC. So I have the opportunity to be the best at whatever I set out to do, and I will not settle for mediocrity. I have already given up many things in my life and worked very hard to be at where I am now. By middle age (bar any crisis) I will be in the top 1% of the nation financially. I will have my own business, and I will have plenty of time to do whatever I want. Instead of Kiyosaki you should try reading the biographies of people who worked hard for what they wanted (Rockefeller, Carnegie, Morgan). Anyway arguing on the Internet is pointless and childish. We both have very different views on life, you sound happy with yours as I am with mine. Good luck with your business, I hope it works out for you.
How did all this get started? Oh ya, the police. See I told you they only cause trouble! J/K

You sound like a smart kid, but you have been misguided. I am sorry your "daddy" didn't "raise you to think that working a hard job is how to get rich", because unless you win the lotto thats the only way it's gonna happen. You are right you have to know the right people. I do. I do, because I WORKED HARD to get to know those people. And you do have to be financially smart that is why you must stay in school, and WORK HARD. Stay in school and work hard. If you do not WORK HARD you will get no where. No one ever got any place being lazy. People like Kiyosaki laugh every time they cash their checks because they know they suckered people. Kiyosaki isn't rich because of his "system" or any of that other nonsense he prints. He is rich because he WORKED HARD and found out that the lazy people in this country would believe him if he sputter the "95% of the population this" crap that he sputters. Yes, 95% of the population wont be wealthy.
Some wont be because it is not important to them, others because they don't have the opportunity, but most of that 95% won't be wealthy because they are just flat out lazy. As for the other 5%, 1%-2% were born wealthy the others became wealthy because they WORKED HARD. Believe me it was definitely not because of Kiyosaki's system. Try reading Stephen R. Covey's book "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" you will learn a lot about what life is really all about.
As for cows and farms, I have lived in NYC my whole life and have never seen any here. Now upstate, that is a very different story.
