F the police!!!! I JUST GOT PULLED OVER!!!

As it says I just got pulled over about 5 min ago! I was about 10 houses from mine and a cop followed me for about 8 miles!!!!! He was even out of his jurisdiction!!!! He even tried to fake me out by putting his blinker on to turn the opposite way of me!! I couldnt believe what he was doing!!

Then when he pulled me over he said that my exhaust was to loud!!!! I about laughed in his face!!! I have the greddy power extreme cat back, which isnt that loud! I think that he was just trying to find a reason and since the cans on the back of my 7 are huge that was the only thing he could think of!!!!

Good thing I wasnt driving my integra because that is twice as loud as the 7!!!

Anyway he let me go without any tickets, which was cool but then he had the nerve to say I will remember your car!!!!!............ DICK!!!!

Wait a minute.. the guy didn't give you a ticket, and you're complaining?

He's just doing his job man.. why do people get so pissed at cops when they're ONLY doing what we are paying them to do? Laws are there, if cops weren't there, we'd be screwed.

I think he's more pissed that the cop followed him 8 miles and pulled him over outside of his jurisdiction.

Its not that people hate pigs because they are doing their job. Its because they think that just because they went to 6 months of pig academy they can do what ever the **** they want. Like the other day I get pulled over by two pigs. They say its just a random rutine stop. They tell me to get out of my car so they can search it. I asked them if they need a warrent and they said no. I knew they did but I didnt have anything illegal so I let them search. As they are searching I told them how fucked up this was and the pig has the ***** to turn around and say "we are the police we can do WHATEVER we want". The ************ is lucky he passed highschool and pig academy (which a monkey could probably pass) and he thinks he can do "WHATEVER" he wants. Thats why they can eat **** and die. Oh well they can live in their trailer park trailers for the rest of their lives and I'll be makin 7 figures when I'm done with my MBA. So let them think they can do "WHATEVER" they want.

I got pulled over the other night because my parking lights all around were red. He had absolutely nothing better to do...so to avoid a ticket I peeled the red film off. 2 of the 4 in the front actually wound up having red bulbs in them! Luckily the ones in the very front didnt...so he gave me a written warning. It was 1:30 in the morning and he was bored I guess

Yes and No. It depends on where you live. If you live in a big city, they won't bother showing up, they have other people to harass.

If you're in a hick town or the boonies, then they'll show up, cause they have nothing better to do.

QUIT!!! IT ! WITH !! THE !!!! GODDAMNED!!! EXCLAMATION POINTS!!!!!!!!!!! don't complain, you didn't get a ticket.

He still has a right to complain, alot of times, people get pulled over for NOTHING, and then when the HO-lice are sitting in their car, they think of an excuse REAL quick to give you a ticket. My cousin got pulled over for his "illegal tint". He told the cop his car was made before 88' so it was grandfathered in. THe cop shut his *** up and then got determined to give my cousin a ticket. He got him for an "outdated insurance CARD", not the insurance, but the CARD.

"Its not that people hate pigs because they are doing their job. Its because they think that just because they went to 6 months of pig academy they can do what ever the **** they want. This is not completely true. If they have "probable cause" then they can search your car without a warrant.

For example, these 2 guys stole a whole bunch of stuff from this man's garage. The man calls the cops and they begin looking for cars around that area that might have the stuff that was stolen. The cops noticed that the trunk hatch was moving up and down, like it was too full to close, so they pull the guys over and they search the trunk and find out they stole. Thats probable cause, but often times, "probable cause" is an excuse to pull you over.

If a cop suspects that you have drugs in your possession, he isn't gonna give you 45 minutes to get rid of them, "Wait, we have to get a warrant first". Don't think so. Another example of probable cause. 90% of the time, they can search your car without a warrant, now your HOUSE, thats a different story, which is often why they obtain one BEFORE they go there.

There was a time when me and my buddy were pulled over for no reason other than we 'looked suspicious' and he had to 'check us out'. He frisked us and made us open our shorts so he can check for weapons or drugs or something. It wasn't til later it dawned on us that this "trusty law enforcer" was nothing but a perv and he used his position to intimidate and get his jollies.

Power trip with the badge--always keep cell phone

Because of probable cause, noone has rights anymore(?) Unless I am in a hurry, noone is searching my car, period. Let them call their supervisor and let them get a warrant. Keep your doors locked. If it is dark outside, leave all interior lights on. Don't let them have an excuse to shoot you. Use your cell phone and call the news/newspaper/911....... Learn to program it with important numbers. Carry a camera or hidden tape recorder with you. Never pull over in unpublic areas. You need witnesses. Always pull over when there are tons of people around. Otherwise, keep driving. You might end up on one of those TV shows. If you get pulled over by a state trooper, call the locals--- and vice versa. There usually is no love between the local hick police and the far superior statees(attitudes tend to conflict). And, some towns/states/cities allow you to keep driving if it is an unmarked police car. Too many people are faking as officers and committing crimes.
Probable cause=harassment, it is a lame excuse to pull anyone over for anything. Stalking is also harassment. Cops have no right to follow you for miles and miles. They should call your plate in and if there is no issue, they should go on their way and look for a real criminal.

They 'get-off' by pulling 'kids' over for no reason. I am older now and almost never get pulled over. When I was younger, it was up to a couple times a week. Most cops are a$$holes. That "one bad apple in the bushel" argument they(union/family/cops) use is bullshit. Try to find the one good cop in the department.
In Massachusetts, two entire town police departments were fired because of harassment. One issue was a neighbor who didn't get along with cop next door(dog barking complaints). I can't remember the other but it was within the last 10 years. The state police had to take over the town enforcement.

Yes, always dispute your tickets. Eventually they will stop giving them to you and start arresting real criminals. If you think that you are being harassed, file a complaint with the Mayors office/newspaper....... Don't waste your time with internal affairs or complaints at the police department. ***** never turn against themselves. In my experience, a complaint will EITHER turn them into a 'pack of dogs' against you OR they will never bother you again. It is risky but the first choice isn't allowed anymore. Too many people have cameras,camcorders......and crooked cops are finally getting what they deserve.

AND, ABOVE ALL, IF YOU ARE AT FAULT(whatever law you're breaking) DON'T BITCH!!!!!!!!! You are getting what you deserve---speeding/running lights/running stops signs/failure to use signals/excessive tint/excessive noise--exhaust or stereo/hidden or expired tags/racing/lightbulb colors or wattage......................KNOW YOUR LAWS. Don't give them an excuse.

Yes Yes, i do believe the cops in the south take the cake though. Last Thanksgiving at around, i would say 9PM me and my buddy were cruisin' around in our FCs and we lined up at the light to talk, and we proceded to cruise (cruising=low speed chillen...) and we were arrested for "Street Racing" moments later and were taken to jail. I fought the ticket with a high priced lawyer and got off scott free other than a 1K lawyer fee, well worth it in my opinion.

About a month ago, me and i would say about 10-12 other people were BBQin down at the lake and at around 1AM we decided to go skinny dipping. No big deal, people do it all the time, Piggys show up, three of us go to jail, guess who was one of them? sho' nuff, spent the night in jail then too. ALL the other 10-12 aree home free, me and two others go to jail, but since they were 16, they are home free as well, OUT OF ~10 PEOPLE...... IM... the ONLY one that is faced with "indecent exposure" charges, and in SC, thats a sex offence and ill have to register every year as a sex offender.

i hate cops

You're a funny guy. You make me laugh.

First of all, cops have about the crappiest job of all, having to deal with jerks like us all the time. Then, if they have any reason to suspect something ELSE might be wrong in the situation, they have to investigate to see what the deal is. THEN on top of all that, morons give them crap for pulling them over, and that puts them in a bad mood. Listen, if some gangster has a gun to your head, you aren't so stupid to start insulting him for trying to rob you. Right then in that situation, HE is in control. Why are we so stupid that we give cops crap then, when they pull us over?

Oh and when I said "you're a funny guy", I was referring to your 7 figures with the MBA. If you're planning on making 7 figures in either a job or a self-employed realm (consulting, doctor, etc..), then you're going to be working a bajillion hours a week. You can make as much as you want there, you just have to trade MORE time for it.

Not that an MBA is wasting your money, but I don't think you understand what an MBA is going to get you. You think it's going to make you wealthy. It isn't. I can say that with almost total certainty. Of course there's some times it's not true, but for the most part, people think more education will get them more money. So before you waste your money thinking an MBA will get you 7 figures, do yourself a favor and read a book on the subject of finances. An MBA will get you somewhere, just not very often to the lifestyle that you're looking for.

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...8126511/sr=1-1

I won't go much into why you should read that book here, but that guy explains exactly the difference between education as the common person sees it, and education as real business owners see it.

Oh, and the comment about how you're going to be soooo rich with your MBA while the cops are living in the trailer park, that was a real funny one too.. because I'm actually working with a guy.. a cop. Great guy, and um.. he's about to retire from his job because of the business I'm working with him on. Oh yeah, and he's around 40 years old. About to retire. Within another year or two, he'll be pulling in more than most executives in this country, and he'll have all the time he wants with his family.

Ok I am sorry but I was VERY pist off when I got home. So that is why they were all there. I dont know why they pist you off but.......oh well.

DRE thanks for helping people understand why I was mad.

I was mainly pist because he followed me for so long out of his jurisdiction. And he had NO reason to pull me over!
My greddy cat back is not loud at all.
My integra cat back is twice as loud and I have never been botherd for that.

He should of been pulled over for driving carlessly because of how he had his turn signal on to turn right and he started to then he went straight to follow me. He could of easly got into a accident seeing how it was a 4 way stop.

Also he didnt have to follow me for 8 miles to tell me that my exhaust was too loud. That just seems like total B.S.

this just pisses me off all this bitching and no one doing anything about it. if you are truly as pissed as you say do something call his superiors if that doesn't work call the mayor or the press. i mean come on if something pissed you off grab your sack and do something about it don't just stew and bitch. geez, when i have a problem i'm proactive with it i don't just sit back and talk **** i do ****! you won't go anywhere in life if you don't, i've been there and done that and you get better results from pushing your way that letting someone push there way on you.

oh and for the police go to ticketassasin .com and print out their check list for a traffic stop and you will be better off.

Cops suck. They have never helped me, only caused me and the people i know trouble with their power hungry harrasment. My friend was driving home going 20 in a 25 and didn't use his brakes around a corner. An officer about two blocks down floored it, fishtailed around the corner behind us pulled us over and at gun point told us to get out of the car and put our hands on the roof. He was in his morning clothes and only had his police jacket on, looked like he was on the way to the store or something and he was off duty at the time. He proceeded to give my friend a reckless driving ticket and when he went to court the judge wouldn't even listen to him, only the cop and said he was lukcy that the officer didn't arrest him and take him immediately to jail and impound his car.

Well, all the time I have been pulled over or ridden in a car w/someone who has been pulled over, no one has ever gotten a ticket.

MAYBE it was because we were always curtious and polite and always said "yes sir/ma'am, no sir/ma'am." I mean, you have to BE THE PIGS BITCH. I'll tell you what I've been pulled over for, you tell me if YOU would have gotten a ticket.

-caught nearly red-handed (it was at the time and they has WITNESSES) for street racing
-caught red handed for vandalism and we had all the 'tools (crowbars, bats, chains)' and fireworks and.
-running a red light
-expired tabs (TWICE)

That's about it. Never been arrested, never got a ticked. And I don't think it was b/c the cops here are nice. meh, i guess I'm just lucky.

Yeah, if a pig was following me for 8 miles i'd call 911 and say some ****** was scaring me and tailgating and breaking all sorts of laws and a local cop to investigate .

I do like this idea of a recording device in your car....

I have been in Law Enforcement communications for just over five years now. let me break it down for you real simple. There are *** holes in every department. There are ****** that do **** like this just because they can. But the other officers hate them far more than you ever will. Everyone gets a bad rap because of a few dumb butts

It's funny for me to listen to you gripping about these officers you have to deal with. I know a few who I wouldn't **** on them if they were on fire. But that is a rare few. Most are good officers. Now I am not gonna say what any of the ones you guys are talking about are in the right. I don't know, I wasn't there. You were.

All I am saying is, try to remember what they have to deal with on a daily basis. It's funny because most of you will never know. And for that you are lucky. This isn't the glorious job that people think it.

Halo
