external oil metering supply?

On my turbo II 87,
Is there a way to hack into the metering oil pump supply line and force it to use oil from a reservoir so you can meter proper two stroke idemeitsu?

adapters have existed out there for years now. i'm linking a couple, but have no firsthand experience with either. these are designed pretty much for the S5+ and Rx-8 though.

alternately, you could also probably design your own. your S4 car has a mechanical pump, so it may be a little more complex in terms of whatever you design, but ultimately, the overall concept is going to be the same.

I thought Rotary Aviation used to sell an OMP( Oil Metering Pump) adapter that went between the front cover and the OMP that did just that. Unfortunately, they only sell them for the electronic OMP('89-92 FC, FD and Rx-8 pump now.

That leaves your only option for getting two stroke oil in there to use something like this FB & FC OMP Elimination Kits (banzai-racing.com) to delete it and pre-mix in the tank. Or like diabolical1 mentioned try to make your own.

That is exactly the kind of thing I'm looking to do. But looks like more complex work to modify. Where is oil supply to pump coming from. I dont get an image of this yet, need to consult manual.

no help in manual. I guess the adapter replaces the stock unit that feeds the branch head, then the banjo bolts attach the lines. So you would detach the branch head and replace whats behind it with two bolts and now you have an input hose adapter to attach ext. source. Then reattach the branch head. What does the adapter block off? where is source pipe? I'd hoped it was external

So the external source adapter fits between the OMP body and the front cover? OK this is exactly what is needed then.
