no power to temp gauge and remote mirrors

no power to temp gauge and remote mirrors
I have no voltage to the temp gauge and the line reads open. The fuse is good. Same with the remote mirrors and cigar lighter, no voltage and the fuse is good. Does anyone know a good place to start looking?
