Exhaust... what to do...what to do????

Ok here it is i can't pass my safety until i get my exhaust fixed and if i am going to do that i am going to get rid of my cats! and put a new downpipe and mid pipe! does anybody have any suggestions for Mufflers i already have everything else except the mufflers i want something quiet enough that i don't keep getting noise violations and i want something loud enough to get attention and the most IMPORTANT part is to get PEAK performance! Can anyone give me any suggestoins!
Minute Muffler is going to make me a custom downpipe/midpipe and a precilencer before the Y
but now i just need to pick mufflers check my sig for car info!

Uhh.. sig?

Anyways...Here's the equation:

cheap=loud=power
or
cheap=quiet=slow
and
expensive=not so loud=power

Take your pick.

rx7.com has a nice system for cheap.
also, corksport has a nice system, a 3" single for dirt cheap!
RB makes nice mufflers, as do HKS, they are both expensive though.
Dynomax ultra flo's are OK, and cheap, but may be a little loud.
Borla sportsman XR-1's are very good, but expensive, and may be loud.

Resonated tips make a huge difference too, I'd recomend a set to anyone with an RX-7 that sounds a little chainsaw-ish.

Sorry here is my sig? so about the ultra flow's do they do anything for power? I think the presillencer should clear up some things for loudness! and keep in mind it is turbo back!
And here is my sig!

i got some obx b-5 bombs and they are quiet until you hit about 3 grand then they start to get louder but its a nice mellow deep growl. sort of like a very healthy V8 sound. you can get them from www.testpipe.com for cheap and they are steel wool packed so they wont burn up.
