Exhaust for a T2 Vert

I'm still saving up for the T2 swap for my vert and i just thought of something; the stock exhaust will not fit. I also know that some NA exhaust parts will not fit the Vert; but will the stock T2 exhaust fit?

Anyone who's done the T2 swap into a vert please respond, i'm hoping to get this done by March, and i need all the parts lined up prior to this.

I'm about to throw an jspec s4 into my 88 vert, in about 2days. I'm not even gonna try to use the stock T2 exhaust, I'll let you know how my swap goes.

Yes, the stock TII exhaust should fit. When I did my swap I used the stock TII catback with a 2.5" downpipe and it fit fine. It was kinda close to hitting one of the crossmembers, but it fit. The stock should fit the same.

I'd reccommend to anyone doing the swap to get a new exhaust. If everything else is stock the stock TII exhaust should fit, but why bother when it's usually the first mod done on a car?

I agree with that, but seeing how this is my only car and i'm not sure i can afford new stuff, i need something to last until i can get the upgrade. And i would hold off on the engine, but the engine i have is going out and i'm pushing my luck. I'm hoping to get a custom single setup, but that'll have to wait.

Thanks for the input guys!

just buy the corksport turbo back. Will be loud as hell but you can just put the silenser in it for around town then take it out for raising some hell.
