Exhaust sleeve help
I need to remove a exhaust sleeve put it in to another housing. I can't seem to get the sleave out I have drilled out the side pins. Can't seem to find a good way to pull the sleeve. Also where can I get the these pins when i reinstall in other housing?

There's a link in the archives about removing and swapping rotor housing sleeves, so I'd check that first.
If you have access to a SLIDE hammer, this is the best and easiest way to remove the pins IMO.
You pretty much take off the 'tip' of the slide hammer, put a screw in the tip and then firmly 'screw' the screw into the roll-pin... Carefully install the 'tip' of the slide hammer back onto the 'body of the hammer and give several short, firm, perfectly upwards tugs on the 'slide' part of the hammer and the pin should begin coming out of the sleeve with a little coersion and lubrication (as long as the screw doesn't pop out).
If you know what a slide hammer is and how it works, you should have no problem using it and removing the sleeves.
If you've already drilled THROUGH the roll-pins (in the attempt to fully annhialate them, or 'weaken' them) you might just have to try prying on the sleeves, or pretty much removing them with brute force...
The best tool to use is a drill press, because that will allow the drill bit to move perfectly up and down (therefore not damaging the 'hole' for the roll-pin). If you have access to a drill press or are CONFIDENT in your ability to move a drill perfectly up and down, then you could maybe gradually increase the diameter of the drill bit until there's simply nothing left of the roll pin... Then it's just a matter of 'popping' the sleeves out with a little creativity...
I found that once the pins were OUT or drilled through, they should just fall out...
Check out the thread in the archive, and good luck.
